Matahari est un groupe de rock’n’roll pictave composé de deux ex-Tröms [Alexandre Migaud et Julien Ream] et d’un ex-Abdomens [Yann Pillas] réunis en 2005. Ces deux formations dont sont issus le trio Matahari pratiquaient un punk-métal-hardcore dans les années 90. Forts de leurs expériences personnelles, les Matahari exploitent à fond leurs instruments et torturent délicieusement les oreilles : à eux trois, ils ont déjà parcouru dix fois le tour de la planète Mars à coup de décibels et gravé cinq disques et moultes compilations ! Ainsi, après quatre années d’absence, nos vieux dinosaures reviennent avec une musique plus lourde et répétitive avec un son punk-noisy et des mélodies toujours créés dans l’urgence !
