EXPERIMENTAL / JAZZCORE
Liberski/Yoshida Duo

Pianist and composer Casimir Liberski and drummer Tatsuya Yoshida form a high-voltage duo where extreme virtuosity, new complexity, anarchist improvisation, spiritual depth and even absurdity collide. Rooted in free music but drawing equally from progressive rock, math punk, experimental electronics, contemporary avant-garde, or video game soundfonts, their music exists outside stylistic boundaries and refuses hierarchy.
Together, Liberski and Yoshida make a jazz noise here or there that feels both feral and hyper-constructed. Their performances unfold as continuous mutations, where tightly articulated rhythmic structures can collapse at any moment into pure chaos or ambient textures, before reassembling into unexpected grooves or even comical little melodic fragments.
Live, the duo operates with near-telepathic intensity. The result is music that is physically overwhelming yet conceptually precise, demanding full presence from both performers and listeners.
Their collaboration has already resulted in multiple releases recorded live during several Japan tours, capturing the raw energy and risk-taking nature of their concerts.

RUINS ALONE (JP) JAZZ CORE / EXPERIMENTAL
Ruins Alone

RUINS alone (Yoshida Tatsuya solo) Yoshida is one of the most innovative drummer/composer/improviser in Japan's new music scene. pioneer of Drum & Bass duo RUINS was founded by Yoshida in '85 . Tunes are complicated and mysterious, and songs are sung in the language of their own invention. Its high-tension, wild, heavy, speedy, acute, and powerful tremendous ensemble never sounds like they are only two players. "RUINS alone" is a progressive hardcore one-man orchestra in which Yoshida reconstructs the songs of Ruins using a sampler.

Super Gum

From a hybrid songwriting project in the early 2010s to an experimental and instrumental band today, the three core members (Anatole Damien, Ari Rodriguez, and Gaspard Sicx) have continuously explored new sounds, new melodies, and the ideal fusion of their diverse influences (Thrill jockey, Nobukazu Takemura, Minaret Records). Their latest release, Rawette, is a compilation of experiments recorded on a 4-track recorder. In May 2025, they toured Japan with guitarist Kota Yamauchi. They’re currently working on a new single with the singer Marina Kodama.
