Porto Geese are in a segment of their own creation on the Norwegian alternative rock scene. Joar Renolen and Bendik Øvrelid got together with some very loose thoughts on starting a band, ending up with genre bending results. It turned into a multifaceted project mixing noiserock, deathrock and industrial rock with glimpses of post-punk and shoegaze. They released their debut EP "Close" in 2020 and were soon labelled sa the new face of Norwegian deathrock. Their debut album "Duck" from 2021 did little or nothing to disclaim this. Walls of guitars, psychotic melodies and a rhythm section to crash your car to. Signé sur le très estimable label londonien Fuzz Club, Veik a publié son premier album « Surrounding Structures » au printemps dernier. Oscillant entre krautrock hypnotique et no-wave bruitiste, le trio caennais mêle synthés analogiques, textures abrasives et explosions de guitares pour un résultat exaltant. En Let It Kill You est un jeune groupe né en 2019 et composé de trois membres fondateurs : Diego au chant et à la guitare, Jimmy à la basse, et Dorian à la batterie.
En dehors d'un amour commun pour le chocolat et les Schtroumphs, le groupe est né du souhait commun de créer une musique sauvage et efficace saupoudrée de parties psychédéliques.
